Sajid Khan and Farah Khan pissed Ashutosh Gowarikar so much that he could not hold it in. So he burst out with his true intentions about the overall screen awards show standards. He told off Sajid Khan that an artist/actor/director should not be made into a mockery on an award function.

Ashutosh should have handled this in a more diplomatic way. Each host has his own way of conducting the show. If you don't like it, you should tell it to the organizers. Just like how Sajid supposedly doesn't hv the right to comment on artists, Ashutosh too shouldn't have the right to comment on the host either.

Very well said,being a host they should realize their limits and pay their honour for an outstanding artsman...i adore all the fineworks of Ashu and im looking forward more from him.

entertainment is needed...awards have become more fun to watch since jokes all started in 2002 srk and saif..people loved it. otherwise watch awards of the 80s and 90s. they were boring aprt from the main award scene

Reason why the standards of most of d Indian Films are low, is because ppl like Sajid/Farah have such approach towards 'Everything they do'...any amount of hate mongering by Sajid/Farah or alike can not damage Ashutosh's image any way ! Ashutosh Gowarikar is a class apart film maker ! Young Indian literate audience loves his work. Looks like Sajid or Farah will never get close to his standards of film making in their respective or even combined lifetimes. What a waste!
