I still don't know why the government did what they did????? Can someone please explain??? I know they got the wrong town, so does that mean they're doing it again to get it "right?" Cuz at the end it said "initiate containment." What's up with that??? Why do it in the first place????

Honestly, I thought this was better than 28 days later as well. Although 28 days later had much more memorable scenes such as the blood dripping scene from the dead body above.
