i dont think he literally sold his soul.. i think what he means by "Devil" is white person. meaning a white person taught him how to play blues. considering how things were back in those days as far as racism he was probably sworn never to tell anyone ever that he was taught by a white person how to play like that.

People honestly need to stop freaking out if we came here because of Supernatural. Just the fact that they have some great music in that show made us come here and (some of us) discover music that we never knew existed. Which is great, right? Just calm the heck down, everyone. Enjoy the song. :)

Don't hate on supernatural, it's a great show and deserves respect. I think that the fact that they refered to him was great, they used his death in such a classy manner. You can all trust me, it's a great show, watch the episode and you will understand.
