In my opinion we should use our fossil fuel powered cf18 hornets and bomb all of the 797 trucks and obliterate the refineries and one major problem is solved. Unfortunately that's not going to happen, so instead 100% of the revenue of the oil should be spent on building multigigawatt Pv manufacturing plants so that we can get away from oil
