Attention Idiots and morons:

It is a M16 lower receiver with a short barrel 22lr upper and suppressor. The m16/ar15 have interchangeable uppers. The term "M4" has been popularized by video games and airsoft--because it looks like like something you saw in a video game doesn't mean it is a M4. The term M4 is generally used by the military and some manufactures to signify a compact version of the M16; having only a 14.5" barrel instead of a 16" barrel and other small various changes. This gun has neither. The barrel was cut down to 5.5" and threaded. The long black thing sticking out the end is the suppressor.

@danial54 That's not a clip, it's a magazine, and it's been converted to fire .22LR. It's still an AR-15 variant, just with interchanged parts.

If you play CoD or Battlefield, and you're only using that as your source of weapon terminology, then you should probably just not comment. Seriously, there's a good chance you don't know what you're talking about.

@TheReaper951 It depends on exactly how you're looking at it. By definition of civilian and legal terminology, it's a machine gun, anything that fires more than one round per trigger pull by definition is. If you're thinking about it in military terms, the M16 is an assault rifle. But in this case it's chambered for .22LR, meaning its a submachine gun. Even in military terms, submachine guns are classified as machine guns. Technically, there's no one weapon type classified as "machine gun."

All one has to do is look at the clip and you can see that it's not an M-16. Looks like it would be fun to shoot. Nice suppressor.
