On March 1, 2010 while in El Paraiso, Honduras I had an opportunity to pick out a blend for my own cigar. At Paraiso Cigar we had 15 fillers, 8 binders and 15 wrappers to choose from. I used a Seco Habano from Jalapa, a Viso Habano from Jalapa, and a Ligero Olor from the Dominican for fillers, a Connecticut wrapper from Honduras and toped it off with a Habano Claro from Honduras. When making a cigar they work in pairs, a buncher binder and a wrapper. All of Rocky Patel's cigars made at this factory are draw tested to insure quality. What a great smoke.

  • I like pepper and leather notes in my smokes so I used some nice Nicaraguan and strong Honduran tobaccos.

  • Cool. What were the flavor notes of your blend?

  • That is awesome! How did it turn out?

  • @JesseKats

To be perfectly honest, I would be really pissed off if I'd have an idiot with a camcorder in front of me while I'm doing my job....

  • That guy looks really annoyed and pissed off. That factory also looks miserable! No one in there is talking to eachother
