@CRYSIS666FFVII It's a PC game.

There was a time when I was playing that certain things that were red would flow/pulsate/change like the letters on the town's sign and the red covers in the bed in the hotel above the saloon. I've only seen it happen a few times but never again. If it was a glitch then it was an awesome glitch. Does anyone know what I'm talking about or has seen it too?

What system is this on?

where can i download an english version of this game with the music on? i keep finding ones without music and it really brings down the theme.

My god, that stupid springy sound is brutally annoying. The game looks cool though, however dated.

there is always someones hand at a window looking down at Edward.

I couldn't get the sound to work when I played this. Only had music. Imagine playing the whole game with only music. This was by far the hardest in the original trilogy.
I'd like to ask just how tough the Elwood Brothers are, I sort of read on TV tropes that their sole purpose was to keep you out of places the developers did not want you going.... If those places are that bad, then does that mean the brothers will be a lot more apt at taking you down than any boss in the game as a way for the designers to protect these 'areas'?

Well, the Elwood Brothers are immortal (until the end of the game) and always kill you in one shot. They only appear if you try to get out of the buildings using the front door or that you fall from the rooftops (they ambush you and there's nothing you can do). They don't appear in the last part (except at the very end) since the way is quite linear. And yes, they're more effective than the boss. They usually kill you before you can notice them (unless they were in plain view).

Usually on the so little known games, I see lets plays and walk through vids, things I will be honest doesn't interest me too much. Although I have played the New Nightmare and beat Carnby's story (I found some interesting glitches along the way in which I posted on my channel, but it isn't in a play list) My main reason for finding this game was to find interesting footage on what those brothers could be hiding. Is there some kind of cheat the makes it to where you can't die?

@HollyhockSamurai
They don't hid much. They're just blocking the way so that you don't access the town hall or the station too soon. Them killing you is kinda scripted so there isn't much you can do (they automatically shot you dead if you cross a line, for example).

Out of the two sequels, did anyone else think 3 was infinitely superior to 2?

@Corbachu
I personally think that Alone 3 was superior to Alone 2. The fighting parts are more toned down and aren't as "cheap" as in Alone 2 where you could get killed all too easily. The fighting here is challenging, but not overly frustrating.
