im a lifeguard myself, and i understand that the spinal on the turtle is a drill, but at 3:02, your victim would have been paralyzed. slide your victim down and towards the center of the backboard, and then up to where the head is aligned with the neck placements. this is called the "z-slide," and it gets rid of the factor in wich you just showed.
