  • I pay for Weight Watchers. I've counted my calories, I've watched what I eat. I failed for two years trying that way, but so far Weight Watchers is working for me, and I think it's well worth the money!

    Good video though. I really found it fun :-)

  • YOU inspire ME!!!!!!!!! I really loved this video Mandy!! :D I agree - self deprivation is the key to reducing your abilities to lose weight. It just makes me crazy to deprive myself. Great great vid sweets!! :D

  • I feel that it's best to not complicate things. When you try and juggle too much it just sets you up for failure. So I am just eating less and moving more.

  • I think whatever plan works for you is what you go with. I like to know I "can" have something but choose not to eat it rather than feel I'm "not allowed" to eat it. Chances are I'd eat it and then feel horrible about it. That's no way to live your life.

  • You always make the best videos!

    The funny thing about calories in/out is that your body is constantly adjusting the amount of calores out - if you put less in it will put less out accordingly. That's what makes weightloss hard to maintain and so easy to gain it back plus more. The only way to really maintain metabolism while losing fat is to gain muscle!

  • This video is getting favourited for so many reasons. The first, I am winging it too! I've never been one that could follow one of the plans...I just know what foods work with my metabolism and which ones don't. I would love to get mine tested so I will look out for your video on that. Another thing is that on my "plan" I just eat low sugar so that might mean having soy yogurt instead of ice cream...stuff like that. You really have to do what works but at the end of the day it really is D&E!

  • as for my plan, i'm wingin it kinda like ur sayin... 40 pounds gone, u cant tell me im not onto something here :o) its pretty basic. Im not denying myself foods, but when i eat not so healthy I force my mindset to say burn more calories next time to make up for it. Its like taking care of ur body as a seperate "entity" and nurturing it as u would a pet.. lol as silly as it sounds, its an entire mindset change thats working for me.
