That doesn't mean we're not obliged to keep God's law any more, does it? Just read the next 4 verses:
Romans 6:15 What then? shall we sin, because we are not under the law, but under grace? God forbid.
16 Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?
18 Being then made free from sin, ye became the servants of righteousness.
Yes thats true we are under grace and you and I know that we sin less than before mostly because of the grace of God in our lives.This is the grace that Paul is talking about which you and I have.Sin had dominion over us before we came to Christ because before coming to Christ we were under the law which are the laws of right and wrong namely the 10 commandments and no one is above those laws.Now while the law was good it was nowhere near as good as grace.The law we keep to guide us not to sin.
