Well I recently had all my websites hacked, and all my index.php and index.html was edited. The person used a script that would download my index and put a iframe script that would download a malicious program.

What are you talking about? What indicates his site was hacked is because it host's the trojan. The creators of the trojan don't use their websites to attack people, they infect other sites and use those to infect people. Thousands of websites are infected daily!

First of all. I'm Muslim too. Second of all, you get this virus from being hacked.. so his website was hacked rather then him using his website to progogate the virus. The person who hacked his website is the one propagating the virus.

easiest way to remove:

access host via shell/ftp...

change CHMOD access to root/files OR

change password.

run simple perl/hash script to search&replace all files from root up for the string "internetcountercheck", and also "Usr_str_containercounter",

this will clean your entire root.

from there us decent free A/V software (such as Avast HE) to clean your local machine.
