People here do it all the time. No one really thinks about that.
Guess you could get a remote-controlled electric heater, plug it into your lighter at night, and then start it when you walk to your car. All the ice would be nice and soft by the time you got there. :-)

Haha, yeah I took some Heroes skills from Eemma ;P The snow isn't the biggest problem (not much snowing here altho everything is still white at my place) but the damn freezing cold off more than -10C. So not used to that, we're getting weak :/ Bring back the summer!

Why not just turn the car on and let it defrost the windows for a while b4 driving? Guess that would waste gas. Plus, kinda a far walk, so can't go back home while it's thawing out.
Gotta get Dex an electric ice scraper for Christmas! (Do they make such a thing?)

Omg, that's just so bad for the environment. My car is in front of my house normally, but there is a hill close by and it's to slippery to drive there now, hence parking in another street ;P But still, I would never do it that way, I would feel really bad :/
