Sonya Combo Video #2 [MK9] - 67% Damage

Remember when I said that my last combo video was my masterpiece and the ultimate Sonya Combo Video? Forget about that! This new one, with TEN MINUTES of PURE BADASSERY, definitely pushes Lt. Blade to her best, far beyond to what we all could've imagined!

Just like the last combo video, this one features the MOST DAMAGING COMBOS ever discovered for Sonya both Midscreen and Wall, and both Meterless and with X-Ray.
MIDSCREEN:
Meterless: 59% (07:24);
X-Ray: 63% (07:55).

WALL:
Meterless: 63% (09:13);
X-Ray: 67% (09:45).

This new combo video shows that Sonya STILL has her Military Stance Jump Cancel into Dive Kick! But now it's only doable after F+2,2, which is REALLY hard to do. I think both the Jump Cancel after the Military Stance AND the Dive Kick must be done in like 3 or 4 frames , so it took me a while to nail all these combos.
Also, I'm showcasing, for the very first time, combos starting with the (3,1)4! I knew for long that the 3,1,4 was a useless laucher combo, but I wanted to see what would happen if I whiff the first hit (which is the one who launches your opponent) but hit the subsequent moves. After messing around with Sonya in Practice Mode, I discovered that your opponent won't be able to move or block ofter being hit by the last kick as long as his character remains on the stun animation, so I found a way to benefit my combos! And I must say: IT'S DEADLY!

A few things that I must mention:
- Unlike my last combo video, these combos are not ordered by their damage, but by the categories I've made (F+2,2xxMSJC; Double F+2,2xxMSJC, (3,1)4; (3,1)4 + F+2,2xxMSJC; and (3,1)4 + Double F+2,2xxMSJC), which I think that makes more sense for this specific video. Ordering these combos by damage would make the video more confusing than it already is!

- I've incorporated all my discoveries into my 3 best combos (2 of them being midscreen and 1 on the wall). Plus, I tried to cover EVERY possibility of different combos I could think of based on those 3 I've mentioned, so if you think that the video is a bit repetitive, no wonder why! LOL

- ALL ORIGINAL IDEAS! You won't see these combos in any Youttube video out there! I discovered both the F+2,2xxMSJC and (3,1)4 setups all by myself! So if you see any of those combos done by anyone else out there, you'll know where they got their inspiration! =P

DO YOU HAVE ANY TIPS ON HOW TO DEFEAT SMOKE WITH SONYA.?? i try to dive kick over the smoke throw then i get teleport punched then i dash in to get close i get tracked by the smoke throw its ridiculous!!

@motorolaq9m If they try to do a Teleport as a Wakeup Attack while you try to hit them with your ↓4, they will miss it since you're ducking, and now all you have to do is an instant Dive Kick into your combo of choice. If they start blocking low, do a ↓1, MS and then go for the Tackle (throw) as it is an overhead.

Actually, instant Dive Kicks help alot against Smoke players, since you don't risk yourself going all the way up to do this move, and the online makes it hard to be punished.

I can't believe myself. I watched this months ago and didn't even comment...possibly because of how boggled my mind was.

Either you stumbled across these new concepts with Sonya's f2 2 Stance Cancel and comboing off the third input in her 3 1 4 string by sheer luck, or you have smarts that defy possible comprehension. Judging by how you dominate with Sonya competitively, I'm gonna guess the latter.

This video is divine PERFECTION. If anyone wants to top this, good luck with that!

@Poto2222 that is why I am not going to subscribe or suppport u if u cannot help me. facepalm. I can tell u are 15 or 16 do not have a life playing ps3 all day. and disrespecting people. If you were in my shoes right now I would say military stance then jump forward until it cancel out and do the combo. Now u feel really stupid now. I hope u have a nice day. Also don't think u are the only 1 that know that combo. there is alot of people that know it if they pick her.
