Under the law a Corporation is a legal person. The three most valuable brand names on earth are Marlboro, Coca Cola, and Budweiser. In that order. It is believed that in less thanj ten years, a handful of global companies will own directly or through license, the actual genes and dna that make up our species.
I did this song for my politically inspired CD 'Follow'. The song and video is mainly based off of the profit motivations of most corporations of today and within the past few decades. All video clips were found on google video and Mark Achbar's 'The Corperation', which is one of the most nimportant documentaries I have ever seen, anyone & everyone should see it. All music by Tyler Dedera.

  • hello.

  • "To give us more of the things we 'Need'.." I love it, nice job!

  • wow -- parts of this video reminds me of the 80s movie "Koyaanisqatsi" (Life out of Balance).

I don't think having a profit motive is inherently bad, heck, they gotta profit or else they can't keep serving us -- unless it comes at the expense of all else. Sorta like my food motive -- gotta have enough to eat, and maybe just a bit more so I'm comfortable, but if food is my exclusively central motivation, at the expense of all else (particularly my honesty), bad things happen.
