This is an acoustic cover of Drifting written of course by Jimi Hendrix. I did this for Don Shepherd who was tragically taken too early at age 46 this is also for dons wife Kelley.

R.I.P Sail on Don.

I only leaned this song 2 days before this vid so its kind rough around the edges [vocally] but wanted to pay my respects.
This version is based on the late great Chris Whitleys interpretation of the song, in alternate tuning Db,Ab,Db,G,Ab,Db
