This song, "Free", was Switchfoot's second time playing this song as a band. I actually got to witness the first performance with my friends during their sound check before anyone else was allowed to enter, great stuff. This was in the 99x studio in Atlanta during a LiveX. Best Wednesday of my life.

well yea they are, but its not exactly like they write about God all the time. They might even be considered more like Christians in a band. They write about things in their lives, which God is a big part of, so yes and no.
