Louisville sourrounded itself with low income housing projects east, west and south. After sundown no one dare walk the streets. Numerous ideas have been tried to revitalize it but virtually retail business moved out years ago. During weekdays it's ok as long as you stay a few blocks from center city. There's lots of places to eat but no stores except a few wig shops and a Borders book store.
I have never come accross a city with so little to do, and one that is so boring as this city.
I mean we couldnt get a grocery store open after 9pm. No entertainment asides from 4th street live, which gets boring after a while! And where are all the people? I counted 2 pedesrians and a dog in this montage!! I took some pics too and there was nobody in them...a ghost town! I lived in the apts. in photo at 2:28. They were quiet nice.
@omnicub3 I totally agree with you! Especially in the winter, no one is out! I walk around the block everyday and im always alone outside.
