I was hoping for more honest people to donate =). No, honestly, I just wanted the game to get into peoples hands and have them play the game instead of a small few who front the cash. Making the game alone meant having to cut back, which made me feel like it wasn't worth charging for. So, instead of charging half-price for half of a game, I gave it away. Maybe someday I'll revisit it and give it the gameplay facelift it deserves, then charge for the sequel.
