Talented front-end developers are hard to find and Uncles first efforts did not deliver the kind of talent we needed.

An analysis of the "touch points" of the target audience reveled a high affinity towards online gaming - especially "first person shooters". We decided to focus our communication strategy around online gaming and moved our recruitment campaign into the digital space.

In order to have the right kind of voice and be able to integrate our message in this environment we struck a sponsorship deal with the most popular Team Fortress 2 clan - they became our representative and voice of the Uncle brand.

  • @MrAntennaBall Yes, there is something different, they corrected the spelling mistake that people were bitching about on the other video.

As for the "Spam" comment, I find that hilarious bearing in mind that this is in TF2 a game that is plagued by a bunch of sad freeaks who often spend HOURS spamming the mic with random gameboy music, or moaning about how people are camping etc. At least it's productive spam, TF2 has one of the worst communities, the only one worse is wow.

    It's a good idea.

  • @danelka1 nope, nothing.

    same shameless spam method.

  • @danelka1 The tradional has been fixed.

  • What is the difference between this and older version?
