I'm from Belgium and our police is being much too nice towards criminals. In Belgium, criminals are being let loose too quick, they don't even say "look at him, he's been in jail for six times!" anymore, in Belgium they say "look at him, he's been let go six times!!" Robbers, thieves, rapists, vandals... Belgium's the REAL gangsters paradise (and i don't like it one bit)
