The Presidents 2010 Budget lays the groundwork for reform of the American health care system, most notably by setting aside a deficit-neutral reserve fund of $635 billion over 10 years to help finance reform of our health care system to bring down costs, expand coverage, and improve quality.
WHO WONT BE HAPPY? Healthy young people who might prefer not to buy insurance at all will probably be forced to by a federal mandate. That is all to the good. When such people get into a bad accident or contract a serious illness, they often cant pay the cost of their care, and the rest of us bear their burden. Moreover, conscripting healthy people into the insured pool would help reduce the premiums for sicker people.
Stop splitting hairs - if you lived in NY the subway is subsidized as are most things. Apart from big business most services and infrastructure are subsidized.
So you go on the bus - or you have a bike?? Big deal.
Thats from July, thats not the same as now something is added every day. They are good points but thats not my point . My point is telling me i Have too!Why are you not talking on these points?
Liar - you only read the part where it say you have to contribute!!! Why should I have to cover you payment - now that is a burden on me and others.
I must be getting to you as you have taken to obscene lang. Hee hee.

So what it that you have to do in the US?
1) Get educated (is this cost free?)
2) Register births, deaths and marriage (all have a cost involved?)
3) Not break Fed and State laws (when you do is this cost free?)
4) Buy car insurance (is this cost free?)
Pay STATE and LOCAL TAXES
5) Buy homeowners insurance (is this cost free?)
So those who don't have health coverage are to pay for their healthcare. Better than going bankrupt and losing everything.
