i never had a problem with USPS, UPS or Fed Ex carriers bringing in large boxes. I think its Canada's postal service, and their lack of of proper shipping.

99.99% of the products I receive isn't from Canada Post. They are from the other major courier companies, which we all know well.

I sent Rodney an email months ago detailing what is happening to all your boxes. I recommended he take a trip to a local delivery hub! Rubber Belts, Rollers, and Chutes, IT IS ALL AUTOMATED. Rectangular, odd shaped boxes get jammed on the line, one box gets stuck and the rest get ripped up. Every stop on a trucks route means more Automated Lines and people handle your package, no homo. Quit acting clueless. Your viewers deserve a proper explanation.

Wow! Couriers in my area hardly get away with even denting the boxes they deliver... what service do you usually get bringing your gear?
