  • keep swinging. try to also limit your processed sugar intake, eat lots of fresh veggies and fruits and water. no sodas at all. in 3 months you'll be shocked at the body transformation. doing KB and limiting sugar I went from from a 36 inch waist to a 32 in waist, my abs have started to take shape even tho i haven't done 1 crunch or any abd workout in 3 months. just KB swings and Turkish get ups. I know you will see the results too.
