what? what "proper" device or "a hardware" whatever the fuck that is supposed to mean is going to provide you with up to $23Million in liability if you crash into something? think before you speak, all insurance companies are nothing but criminals but if you do crash and cause a lot of damage better to pay a few hundred a year than be stuck with a HUGE bill and end up in court
