In this video, Shon will show you a new and simply great application called Soluto Anti-Frustration Software, and it is true to it's name. This application allows you to see what's taking you not-so-old computer to boot up not quite as fast as it used to. It does this by showing you all the startup applications you may or may not know you installed, and allows you to Pause which stops this application from starting or Delaying the application which means it'll start later. Overall this application is wonderful and i highly recommend it.

  • Use msconfig and uncheck everything except your Antivirus. Takes 10 seconds and you dont have to install any crappy software

  • yeah!!! you're using zune

    zune rulezzz =D

  • If yours MB is ASRock use Instant Boot its free and IT BOOTS FROM 1 TO 5 SEC!!!

    PS:Not Every Time!!!

  • Now, I need to restore my laptop because of this software -_- I don't what happened, when I installed this one and told me to reboot my laptop wont boot up.

  • It looks pretty much like a souped-up msconfig - with a pretty big database on what programs/services that can be removed or not.

I am going to try it on my Win7, see how it works

  • Didn't work for me AT ALL.

After the "First time boot" analysis, it said "click here". I did. Then the Soluto icon popped up and it was loading...

    FOR A VERY LONG TIME.

    Finally, it stopped... AND THEN...

"REBOOT SO SOLUTO CAN FIX YOUR COMPUTER"

I just DID after all that waiting, motherfucker! One more chance. Shut down > restart >Soluto reanalyzing > clicked "learn more" > pop up > "REBOOT AGAIN to speed up computer"

SCREW YOU! It slowed everything down anyway, garbage it went!

    0/10!

  • @AladarMonolyth Soluto didn't do it. Soluto was created because of people blaming apps (like you're doing) that are not to blame.

  • Or you could just get an SSD. 120gb ones are fairly affordable now. Now with an SSD as my OS drive, it takes me 50 seconds to boot up.
