Bè... il Sanmai è un ottimo acciaio, la peculiarità è proprio nella flessibilità dell'acciaio esterno insieme alla durezza del filo (acciaio interno).
Lo fanno anche in SK5?? non lo sapevo........ bè se costa meno prenditi quello, l'SK5 è un ottimo acciaio.
