F-Zero Fire Field Master at x2 speed

This video is being played in real time; I played the game at twice the speed (actually about 190% speed) to ramp up the difficulty. I used no save states aside from loading the level from the beginning.

When playing Fire Field at this speed, there is always a large amount of luck involved, from if the enemy AI will teleport behind you, when the idle exploding cars spawn, and when the two groups of two orange cars spawn. With that in mind, this is a lucky run (mostly with no AI spawning behind on the last lap), though I've completed this many times before.
