This holiday season, UNC's PlayMakers will stage "The Life and Adventures of Nicholas Nickleby," becoming only the second American theater to host the play. The play was adapted from the original Charles Dickens' novel by British playwright David Edgar and runs 6 1/2 hours in two parts. The curtain goes up Nov. 11, 2009.
In this video, Joe Haj, artistic director of PlayMakers Repertory Company, talks about the production and working with Tony-winning playwright David Edgar here in Chapel Hill.
