  • I'm still waiting for proof of jesus outside the bible. All other sources are decades after the fact or forgeries. So more than likely the jesus character is a conglomeration of multiple personalities (non of which were gods). Nothing new here... same old same old... sigh ---

  • TheXpozer, so are you saying that if you didn't fear God and hell you would abuse you elders and to bad things?

  • For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek. For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith for faith, as it is written, The righteous shall live by faith."

For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who by their unrighteousness suppress the truth.

For what can be known about God is plain to them, because God has shown it to them.

  • For what can be known about God is plain to them, because God has shown it to them. For his invisible attributes, namely, his eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly perceived, ever since the creation of the world, in the things that have been made. So they are without excuse. For although they knew God, they did not honor him as God or give thanks to him, but they became futile in their thinking, and their foolish hearts were darkened.

  • Ponder these...

Claiming to be wise, they became fools, and exchanged the glory of the immortal God for images resembling mortal man and birds and animals and creeping things.

Therefore God gave them up in the lusts of their hearts to impurity, to the dishonoring of their bodies among themselves, because they exchanged the truth about God for a lie and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever! Amen.

  • This is a fuller response to highly-charged godless-defender "mj4magic" with his vitriolic utterances on matters beyond him/her, who says (s)he's intelligent there/4 has no faith in the bible but faith in..read on! I presume he's read bits & pieces of the Bible? I care less about ratings, but truth!

Intelligent?!?! and you can't see the parallel in concept of electricity, as an electronic engineer (CURRENT "dum-dum" is an aspect of electricity that causes the final effect you see and the touch

  • Part2/5 - you are definitely not intelligent hence "dum-dum" ;) ) and the invisible God - the creator, then you are super-dumb than I had earlier thought of.

My foot intelligence...a person that does not know what faith is but yet foolishly daily believe in it and believe in evolution because some wacko scientists (nut-cases) said so is indeed intellectually deficient! You cross the road or drive and yet believe that you will not be killed by

  • Part2a/5

another driver, BECAUSE you have faith in a driver?? presuming s/he will keep to the speed limit, not drink and drive..." therefore you can't be or will not be killed! that is faith or a pilot taking you from one destination to another, you so stupidly believe that he will take you there safely because of his hours of flying and qualifications - so you see oh dum-dum, everyone has faith but what makes up your faithfulness or faithlessness...well is another matter.

  • Part2b/5

Listen to the uninspired (dictionary) and inspired (Hebrews 11:1) word definitions of faith respectively, ...and share with your friends and family - "ABC of faith" which you so foolishly dismiss as if its nothing - sorry but had to do this for your benefit and faithless others like you:

    faith [feyth] noun

1.confidence or trust in a person or thing: faith in another's ability.

2.belief that is not based on proof: He had faith that the hypothesis would be substantiated by fact.

  • Part2c/5 for "mj2magic"

3.belief in God or in the doctrines or teachings of religion: the firm faith of the Pilgrims.

4.belief in anything, as a code of ethics, standards of merit, etc.: to be of the same faith with someone concerning honesty.

5.a system of religious belief: the Christian faith; the Jewish faith.

6.the obligation of loyalty or fidelity to a person, promise, engagement, etc.: Failure to appear would be breaking faith.
