39 Weeks 6 Days

Still pregnant! Sorry this video is super ramble-y, I still feel like there are things I must have forgotten. Let me know if you have any questions and I will try to get another video done this week. :-)

My first was 9 days late induced. I remember feeling like I was going to be the only person that didn't go into labour themselves. Just know that it will end and time speeds up when you've got that babe in arms. Hang in there!

@MUSleger It's hard to remember that he has to come eventually, it sort of feels like I'll be pregnant forever! Did you go on to have a vaginal delivery after your induction?

@LaureninPortland Yes, I did. With the induction I ended up going with an epidural after a few hours on Pitocin. With my second son, I labored at home mostly and he came quickly after we got to the hospital, without any interventions. I found induction contractions to be closer to what end contractions feel like when you're in labor brought on naturally. It can be overwhelming for mom when you don't know how long you'll be laboring with the intensity. It's all good, though :)

Progress is progress your body is getting ready...it won't be long. I bet we don't get another video until your delivery update video! You look wonderful, you are sooo organized, loved the basket. Enjoy the last uncomfortable days...you will actually miss them believe it or not. Happy baby!
