IT IS BECAUSE OF the WAR IN IRAQ. and job outsourcing. and big corporations. perhaps if america had a better citizen naturalization program, it wouldnt be in this mess. but america no longer really gives a chance to those who wish to become american citizens. and so they stay here illegally, perhaps because of the situation in their home country, or they have family here.
