John Mark Byers is still the killer, he's got a typical serial killer three word name, and he'd switch his story again just because he knows that it will have to deflate the heat he's felt about him make him seem like he's not as unstable . Besides now the trail is so cold, and even if he said he was the perp I doubt they could make it stick, and isn't there an issue in that the WM3 have commuted sentences, and that would still tie up the courts, and what about stature of limitations?

@ChicaWolverina More people are looking at Terry Hobbs than anyone else, because of the hairs that were found at the crime scene.

I find it extremely suspicious that Byre had his teeth removed after the information about the bite mars came out .

@ryan84160 That is true....there is suspicion that has followed him through the years. But just for the fact that he supports the cause of the WM3 is good. I think I will be remaking this video and basically doing a "Profiler" video for the players in the case.

My analogy is not weak, it holds water in the fact that I am forcing you to examine your own behavior and ability to write someone off. If you want to be a hypocrite, then you have learned nothing from the injustice in this case. I used to be like you, but then I realized what I was doing was wrong. It takes a strong person to admit a mistake.

@DrHogfan Misskelley got so many details about the case wrong it wasn't even funny. They only things he DID manage to get right were things he had heard on the news and the rest was just him agreeing with what the police said. Other times they literally walked him into what they wanted to hear.

How did the police pick them out? SIMPLE. One name: Jerry Driver. Jerry was Damien's social worker and he had a sick obsession with Damien.

@TheSpldbrat I can't say for sure that those two were involved, but a lot of Hobbs' testimony has holes in it, especially his alibi. Then there is the great unknown, "Mr. Bojangles". What was his involvement, if any at all? Too much of a coincidence that he was only a few miles down the bayou from the dumpsite, covered in mud and blood on the night of the murders.

@TheSpldbrat I will answer all three of your posts at once. The circumstances surrounding Mark are odd, there is no questioning that. My analysis of him is that he is a glory hound in front of the camera, and he isn't the most honest man in the world, but if you look at everything that I have learned about him in the last 5 years, you'll see that he most likely isn't the killer. I am looking hard at Terry Hobbs and his friend David Jacoby (whose hairs were found at the scene).

@ladyzicon You say nice presentation but didnt you hear the part were Farmboy said dont do to Mr Hobbs and Mr Byers what was done to the WM3? I dont know who did it, you dont know who did it...Its ok to voice your opinion but to say for a fact that someone did it beyond a shadow of a doubt is just as wrong... I dont think we will ever know but what makes this case so much worse then all the other kids this happens to?

I have heard that Mr Byers did something to his wife because she may have found out something... It just seems like to many weird coinsidences following this man.... What do you think Farmboy? Who do you think did it? At this point I have no freaking clue. I also thought he did it but not because of the way he looked or talked, but he told 3 different stories of his teeth, 3 different dates of when it happend, and then there is the wife...his child was mutilated the worst out of all 3 kids...

@Farmboy7899 Yes, of course it is a good thing that he supports them. I am not saying that I think he is responsible for the murders as the little evidence that exists seems to point in different directions. I just really find it strange/suspicious that he would have his teeth removed.
