Viper SRT-10 vs Corvette Z06

Car and Driver Comparo between Dodge Viper SRT-10 and Chevrolet Corvette Z06. Personally I like both cars. (the only American cars I would be caught dead in). If I had to choose between the Corvette and the Viper, I would buy the Corvette.

All Magazines these days are a political game, to see who will buy there product and help out the manufacture, that pays them more. I am a ford man, but look at motor trend, car and driver, and road and track, when they tested the mustang, camaro and challenger. Its the buyers decision I can say ford is better than all but its about what you like. Ford, Dodge and Chevy all have good cars to campare. and yes nissan gtr is bs, that car is a POS.

the z06 got more of an angle than the viper and pwnd it again, but what i dont get is how the ACR viper was only able to go 176mph on the salt flats yet that viper topped out at 202mph

I agree! Just a month or two before that test, C/D compared the 911, GT-R, and M3. The Turbo won every performance test but came dead last. At the very least it should have been placed above the GT-R.
