  • Parkour is more like a way of life. It helps you by giving you discipline and confidence. There is no competition in parkour, so it cannot be called a sport. The only person you compete against is yourself. To me, it is closer to martial arts because of the discipline and the goals achieving. You train having goals in mind, you achieve them and keep moving. What you train for in parkour is actually going to work in the real life, it can actually save you out there.

  • yamakasi were the first french parkour group not french name for parkour :P and its more way of life then sport :)

  • @xXBauzerXx :: There is no such thing in parkour like fat or not, i'm fat too. it's about practice and control your mind, listen to your body, believe that you can climb that wall, and voila it's possible. i know it's gonna take a month or two to practice, but when you achieve your goal, it's gonna be great, happy practice mate! :)

  • to fat to even climb a wall 3 feet high and im 6'4"
