I tag all CD moms to have their hubbies answer these questions !

Here is Blake giving his view on cloth diapering answering a whole bunch of questions that you all shared with me :) If you have any other questions for Blake please don't hesitate to ask.

1. What did you think when I first suggested we try cloth diapering? Like your initial reaction before I explained anything else?
‎2. What things were you concerned about before we started?
‎3. What were your first impressions when seeing and feeling the daipers for the first time?
‎4. What was your first impression after changing your first cloth diaper (which just for the record, was him changing his first diaper period).
‎5. Do you dread changing cloth?
‎6. Hod you deal with poopy diapers? Were you initially grossed out with having to spray off the poop or were you always okay with it?
‎7. Does Jen do most of the spraying and cleaning or do you split up the work? Take Turns?
‎8. Do you mind washing the diapers? Do you know the routine? Line Drying? Stuffing?
‎9. How do you feel about cloth outings without mommy?
‎10. What is your favorite cloth diaper and why?
‎11. What is your view on disposables?
‎12. What is your favorite part about cloth diapering?
‎13. What do you think is the easiest part? Hardest Part?
14. Would you recommend cloth diapering to other parents to be, and if so, how would you try to sell cloth diapering to other soon to be dads since they are harder to convince?
‎15. If Jen wasn't around from the start and you were a single parent would you have ever started cloth diapering? And what is the main reason behind why you would or would not?
‎16. I know many moms find cloth diapering fun and love to do it.... would you agree that you feel the same way?
‎17. Do you ever get excited about cute prints and colors?

  • I plan on using the flushable liners to flush the poop. I really don't wanna spray.

  • @adonna2000 Liners are great for people not wanting to deal with the poop.

  • Love this! I asked my husband all the questions just out of curiosity & he answered pretty much the same way your husband did. We are trying to convince his cousin & cousins wife to try cloth with their 1st baby due in December. They're a little sketchy for the same reason most are...the "gross" factor, worried about stink/stains & the amount of time it takes. I think I'll show them this video!

  • @xheatxherx Sounds like our hubbies feel the same way... hopefully you can convince your cousin to give it a whirl. Good luck ! Let me know how it goes.

  • I love this video- I am definitely going to make my husband watch it because we are ttc right now and I definitely plan to CD our next baby and he is having a hard time understanding why I want to try it. thanks so much to you , Blake, and even little Porter for making this video :)

  • @BooBear6607 You are very welcome. I hope it is helpful :)

  • @vicsterrrful I would say the max you should have in a load is probably like 25 or so.

  • @LoveIsDanswer1 He is an amazing husband... I was so happy he said he would do this video for you guys.

  • @tetyana20 For sure washing cloth. I haven't seen much of a rise in costs really.
