@SuperAlistair10 no... you get an Email saying that (the next meeting will be in X at Y, attending is not optional.. please, fill up the form on the link Z for further details.) <<< that was similar (in short, of course) to what the Training Email looked like... why would care for such details?

the thing is that you apply for the GSA program and then they choose the best applicants, if you were chosen as the Ambassador of your university, you receive training then you start the journey ... that's it
