Rosa and Carmela Ponselle sings to duet "Barcarolle" of the opera The tales of Hoffman." The quality of the sound is very regular, but to edit it could produce contrary effects, that is to say, instead of improving, it could worsen it.
My native language is the Spanish one and I don't really understand if they are singing in English or in French. Nevertheless it is a privilege, to hear to sing these two ladies and to discover that nevertheless the bad quality of the audio , they were extraordinary singers.

Beautiful. Carmela is uncannily like a lower version of Rosa and they duet to perfection - though they do make the ending easier with a breath and a high note for the soprano!
