i like how people dis old people.20 yrs of martial arts.i have sent 18-30 yr old fighters home rehinking their training and you can see the embarresment on thier face when you calmy with out them knowing any diffrent,ground pound or submit before they knew what happen.its good 4 them to know that they can defend them self at an older age...i am 45 and i train most of guys who challenged me.not becuase awsome.they that relaxed fighting,rather going all out all the time.saves endurance alot.
