  • Durianrider is way too hard on David Wolfe, the low-fat raw vegan program is implied by the Sunfood Triangle if it works for someone. The Triangle is amended by the suggestion (later in the book) a person find what balance works best for them.

I think Cacao is one of the best things that happened in Raw Food/Vegan world. At the same time I am fascinated by low-fat and fruitarianism so the road goes both ways.

  • @TheNortonProject LOL. Im so against that comment, but still laughed my ass off

  • PS - This looks like an Acid Orgy.

  • @PersephoneSwimming my friend caught david eating hostess snowballs, crying, and stuffing them into his mouth, one after another, without chewing,crying...later he asked him to not say anything...sad.....

  • that was good insight about eating food made with love. Other than cooking with love, I never though about the fact that love energy affects food as it undergoes other phases like planting, harvesting, pruning, cleaning, packaging, and even selling. I never though about quantum physics and quantum psychology involved with food, like how the quantum-emotional energy fields of the people involved in harvesting, planting, and cooking food affect food quality. wow that made me think on a new level!

  • Speaking of homegrown tomatoes, this year was the best year ever for mine. I also planted zucchini or at least thought I did. Instead the Universe gave me what I wanted - the best melon ever. Who knew?

  • Man that some real truth. :)

  • @sean5455
