@joshrobertcassey At what age are women considered emotionally and mentally "stable". I don't think I've found too many women with those features. Physical, mental and emotional traits range from person to person. Girls develop physically at all different ages but this feature is visible when present, unlike the others. I've known women in their 20's that are more immiture than some 14 year old girls. What is boils down to is law and morals.

@Coolin1111 he's right about the entrapment thing. No I don't agree with what he said and they are fucking perves, but the way they go about catching some of these guyz is wrong. '12 yr old girls' just hassle some of these guyz in the hope they will meet up. What about guyz who aren't perves? is it right to be innocenty going about your business and all of a sudden you continuesly get hounded by a '12 yr old' in the hope they can entice you, an innocent person? thats fucked up

@intelsiberia Sure at 14 a "girl" is not mature enough physically, metally or emotionally to make such a decision. Your fair game is innocent kids, kee your nose clean. I am sure a few people in here would not mind seeing you thrown in a jail cell for these sick ways.

I understand the concern because this is genuinely revolting. But parents need to monitor their children way better than they do. A 9 year old boy with a webcam and full internet access just isn't good parenting. What would a 9 year old need with a personal webcam in their bedroom? It's obvious that if you don't give your child the unsurpervised means to talk to people they don't know online, they can't do it. Children have no business on social networking sites. Hence the age requirements.
