  • It's interesting how Daniel, who believes there's a Devil, interpreted John Lennon saying, "Imagine...no religion too", as to mean "There's no God."

  • @rusty1491 I don't know, it really didn't seem that odd to me since he does believe there is a Devil to interpret it that way. But they're both great songs!

  • @MROUQUART You're right. I'm assuming, and so is Daniel Johnston. John never said there was no God, his concept of God was metaphor instead of literal.

  • @rusty1491

Who ever said he derived it from "Imagine"? Lennon also has a very good song titled "God", in which he says he doesn't believe in God (or the beatles)

  • me too!... (I love you john : )

  • rusty1491 you must listen to this song. God by Daniel and then God by lennon. The answer is there.

  • just discovered this accidently when searching for THE SORRY ENTERTAINERS but got that amazing song. Fucking amazing, how come no one gave the let out?

  • my thoughts exactly, daniel

  • Very cool.
