@catsgirl93 It's all about breathing exercises. I have taken the training where we learned how to sing and dance at the same time. It is really hard and sometimes, one forgets either the lyrics or the dance steps because it is difficult for the brain to focus on more than one difficult task like those two. We were taught breathing techniques, ways of contracting and expanding the stomach as well as singing while jogging in hilly high altitude areas (mountains where the air is really thin).
