Question...can the Facet replacement work on an L5 S1 radiculopathy with spinal stenosis if the S1 nerve is permanently damaged from regrowth of scar tissue pressing on that nerve? Two prior standard surgeries for disc has not relieved the pain, neither has physical and occupational therapies, patient is now on scripts for strong pain meds and lyrica, ibuprophen, and amitript. for leg cramping also. No longer employed and awaiting disability hearing...
