What´s the avarage speed on these Ruckus? I have a Zoomer in Sweden (same thing but with 4-stroke engine and fuel-injection, avarage speed 29 mph)

Early models here in the US were good for about 39-42MPH. The last couple of years it's been closer to 42-45MPH stock.

i been wanting a ruckus for a few years and havin it a bit rough these days.. trying to get back on my feet and wondering if the ruckus would be wise to get as my daily driver or should i just get a cheap car 1st..?

It all depends on what kind of roads you need to travel on a daily basis. Most likely a cheap car is best so you can go everywhere without having to worry about your route, then get a Ruckus!
