ok so i decided to comment this because i see you answer most of them :). im only 15, but i want my tongue pierced. my parents wont let me, and i dont have a problem with waiting until im 18 anyway because im not willing to risk a sketcy place that doesnt ID. did it hurt to get it pierced? does it ever hit your teeth? how long do you talk with a lisp? is it easy to hide?/can you still get a job with one? (that is one of my parents concerns) im trying to research is as much as possible. thanks!

hi it didnt hurt till igh and motrin really helps.. it was very swollen couldn't eat good for a few days soup was even hard if u tale care of it rinse a lot it' ok no u can't hide it well my dad noticed right away i'm 35 btw lol i don't remmeber it hitting my teeth unless i play with it which i like to do ..my husband hates it it's for me lisp is a couple days now remember everyonr hesls different and good luvk

I dont even use my hands to take it out or put it in, all I use my hands for is to take the ball on and off and take the bar out of my mouth or to put it in. I just put the bar pointing up between my bottom teeth and lip then just put my tongue on it and get it right the first time haha. Guess you learn that when you have had it done a few years
