When I turned of my laptop it said installing update 1of 11 of I just held the turn of key and now when I go to turn it on the screen doesn't turn on but the laptop does ... Like the lights are on and stuff

Dave, My acer aspire 1410 is showing all white in the middle vertical third of the screen (1/3 on right and 1/3 on left of the middle third is ok). Any ideas? Do I need LCD screen replacement? This is expensive and I don't want to buy one until I find out that is the issue in the first place. I appreciate any help/idea on my issue. Thx!

Dear Dave, My acer aspire one has been acting up. I went to turn it on one day and it turned on but with a white screen. the screen as a black line ont the bottom right corner and has breen lines up and down from that black line. Can you help me save my one month old birthday gift? Please and thank you.

Dear Dave, my laptop is Toshiba Satellite M200 and whenever I give power supply to charge my battery my laptop flickers and fluctuates with vertical lines.... My battery is old and cannot work for more than 30 min.. I have a lot of work to do and I need ur support.. Pls answer to this question........

The top half of my screen works the bottom half is black with colorful lines. I've replaced the screen once and it work for about 6 months, then i would get this problem from time to time, now it's stuck like this. Not sure if it's a driver, the inverter or what. Please help!
