Sig Sauer P226 Tac Ops (Unboxing)1080p

I thought I would finally upload the unboxing of my new Sig P226 Tactical Operations. (Tac Ops) The P226 is probably one of the greatest pistols ever made. This pistol was about $1100 and is worth every penny to me.

The difference between the Tac Ops and other P226's are:
Front Cocking serrations
Hi-Vis Tritium front sight
Magwell Grips
4 20 round 9mm magazines come with the gun
Short Reset Trigger


Out of the box the Double action is stiff and gritty but smooths out after cleaning and a few rounds down range.

I now have the opinion that the hype was right. The Sig P226 is an amazing pistol.

What is the difference between the TACOPS vs the Enhanced Elite? Is it just the mag capacity and front sight?

@marctipp Essentially. The front sight, the grips on the Tacops has a magwell that fits the 20round mag better and it comes with 4 20 round mags. I'm pretty sure but not 100% that both models come with the SRT trigger.

well i love ncis and they carry alot of sig sauers and personally i think there grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrreat btw do you happen to have the gun that NYPD carrys let me know thank :)

Hi there, I got a question about the 17 rnd mags from Mec-gar....will they fit in the Sig p226...and what exactly does flush-fit mags means? You got a nice beavertail there but will it be more difficult to thumb the hammer down with one hand?

Beautiful gun. Curious, you have a 1911 as well? I have a p250, love it! going buy either a p226 or 1911 Nightmare, which should I chose? Thank!

@wolvee123. But on another note...if it's GO time those 20 rnd mags are definantly a good thing to have near by lol! I just like the flush look of the 15 rnd mags vs the bulky 20rnd incase i decide to carry it concealed every once in awhile.

@wolvee123. Thanks my man. I'm about to buy the Enhanced Elite here soon and I just wanted to know the what was the differences between the two. Personally I dont like the mags butts on the TACOPS and I like the 15 round mags more.

I don't know what I would do if Sigs weren't avaliable anymore. They're just amazing, love their accuracy right out of the box and their build quality is unreal.
