It sounds like vicond has had a bad experience with therapists, which can happen, unfortunately. I'm glad he was reading off a list while presenting this because it was important for me to pause and write this questions down & have a complete list rather than risk him forgetting one or two because he is busy thinking about this next point rather than demonstrating that he has mastered memorizing these questions for a therapy session, which is quite different from giving a presentation...

you would think you could remember these points yourself before you ask anyone else - you lost all credibility at this point.
There is a difference between knowing your stuff and trying to sell stuff that you clearly don't practice yourself.
Most therapist belong to the do as I say not as I do.
