The Hillsborough disaster CANNOT be used to depict crowd violence OR represent ANY example of what happens when a soccer team loses OR soccer hooliganism, unless you consider 9/11 aftermath footage to indicate what can happen with a runaway train in LA.
Facts:
-The game was immediately stopped due to crowd conjestion;
-The final report contains no info on any violence, only the contrary in that attendees worked well with the rescue crew;
-The families/friends still seek justice/accountability.

Just seen this - it's absolutely disgraceful to use footage of an event where 96 people lost their lives in a crowd crush at Hillsborough to make a joke about "your soccer team just lost". I'm disgusted.

@MaffewJapaneseTable Well, the same "mistake" was made in Bowling For Columbine and a documentary (since re-edited) on the original Gladiator DVD so I guess it is just ignorance on the part of certain researchers.

@HydrogenHuman No way in hell. Not a Neo-Con anyways. Sorry but this video makes fun of the Hillsborough Disaster. Even if it's unintentional. Although with that footage being labeled clearly to the rest of the world. It's hard to figure out how the staff at the Daily Show could mistaken that as just regular hooliganism footage.
