i just started on wednesday (5 days now) and so far it's going good. dont wanna jinx it but i think this is something that i am gonna be able to do for a long time. hopefully the first 'diet' i have ever stuck to! wish me luck. congrats on the 60 pounds btw x

what if you dont like vegetables the only thing i like is potatoes and corn and raw carrots and for the fruits i only like apples. I am a very picky person so what could i do bout that
